As for P99 solo, unless you're good at predicting enemy movements and knowing when to block and heal at the right moments, you're gonna need Blood Rage. I really need to go back and get through the Resurrection arc, myself. I did love the Predator Style in God Eater Resurrection. The one material in GE2RB I find the most annoying to farm is the Reynard Liver thanks to the breastplate not being very easy to break, what with Mukuro Kyuubi constantly on the move. Originally posted by Xaelath:Dont worry though, On the otherhand GE2RB is very easy and abuseable on many ways. The effect is quite usefull in Multiplayer too.
I am still pissed by the AI Bugs, i am not saying its unplayable but All Melee AI in GE2RB practically the most useless thing i've ever seen, GER have this issue too but at least they still could transfer bullet and you can gain lv 3 with selected control unit effect to support yourself and AI. I am kinda bad on this P99 thing especially wanting to try out solo without using the Blood Rage.Īnd i never tried playing multiplayer for P99 and since it simply doesnt give anything good i am not interested doing it.įor combat system i think God Eater resurrection is better thanks to predator mode the only downside are no Blood Bullet and Blood Art. In GEB i did cheat alot due being lazy on ridicolous farming.įollowin GE2RB i mainly use assault gun and thats pretty much it. I somehow went on to beat it with 0 Endurance left, completely glitchless and what not. It was Two-Rabbit Gambit, and I was originally doing it to quickly level up the Kirin Dart blood art. I did attempt a P99 mission before this, but my gear was already pretty underwhelming for what it could have been. As for the rewards, apart from just faster farming, I don't see much other use other than seeing some of the biggest baddies in the game fall to a single shot (or in the case of an Einherjar in one of the survival missions, several because I was out of Venom Traps and I had to keep hiding in order for it to not notice me as I kept trying to poison it from afar). Of course, I plan to go back to C.Orochi eventually to fight it legit, but it's just so fun breaking the game without, well, literally breaking the game. I just find broken glitches fun as hell, myself, so I have the personal joy of breaking certain missions.
P99 itself basically just a challenge that gives nothing back. Originally posted by Xaelath:Are there any other reason to abuse it other than farming mats and abandoned god arc? Still, I do plan to go back to C.Orochi at some point to fight it without cheesy glitches and bugs. It's pretty broken, if I may say so myself, but I can't complain, as now I can go back to certain missions and take revenge on all of those damned creatures that troubled me so.
Followed C.Orochi for a little bit until it stopped, set my trap at its feet, it notices me, but before it can even do anything, I shoot it once in the face and it dies instantly.Īccording to what I've read in his video description, this is a Steam-exclusive glitch, meaning it does not work on the PS4 or PS Vita versions of this game.
Naturally, I wanted to see if this could be done with Crimson Orochi, and I was kind of torn between wanting it to work and not wanting it to work, so I got my Venom Traps, got my sniper with a poison bullet, and got out there. Poison them, wait a second, and then shoot them with the absolute weakest bullet you've got and bam, instant death. So someone on YouTube, I believe his name was jashinsamael, put up a video about a bug/glitch in the game that allows one to essentially one-shot some of the most difficult/annoying Aragami in the game on +99.
